DESCRIPTION: Following the Fourth of July Celebration, the City will part
 ner with Santa Barbara Channelkeeper to host beach cleanups at nearby be
 aches to ensure any litter left over from the holiday does not make its wa
 y to the ocean. To get ahead of the cleanup efforts, the City encourages a
 ttendees not to litter or overflow the waterfront trashcans. If the waterf
 ront trashcans are at capacity, please bring your trash home with you to d
 ispose of appropriately.  Beach cleanups will take place at Leadbetter B
 each, East Beach, and West Beach from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Gloves and buckets
  will be provided for all volunteers, as well as a parking pass for the cl
