The East Beach Habitat Restoration Project rehabilitated a 1.1-acre beach area by removing invasive, non-native ice plants and reintroducing California native coastal dune species. To date, 12 pounds of native seeds and 3,200 container plants have been planted, and all plants have been successfully established.  To learn more about the project, visit: East Beach Habitat Restoration Project | City of Santa Barbara.
